Pop Choir

Pop Choir is Australia’s largest community choir, bringing together more than 1,000 members across Melbourne who share one simple belief: if you can speak, you can sing. Founded over a decade ago by husband-and-wife team Sharon and Darryl, Pop Choir has grown into a vibrant, uplifting community where everyday people come together to sing the songs they love — no auditions, no sheet music, no pressure.  
 
What began as a small local choir has become a national phenomenon, with Pop Choir’s rehearsal videos amassing over 100 million views on TikTok. Their powerful, joy-filled harmonies have captured the attention of major artists including Miley Cyrus, Teddy Swims, and Alex Warren, each praising the choir’s infectious energy and sound.  
 
Pop Choir runs weekly sessions across multiple Melbourne locations and performs at community events, festivals, major corporate activations, and large-scale public performances. The choir’s mission is connection through music, creating a space where people feel welcome, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.
