Bondi Sings is a 50 voice community choir based in Woollahra in Sydney’s East that formed around 15 years ago. These are fragile times for their local community and they come together once a week to share a common love and language of singing in harmony and to celebrate light over darkness.
Bondi Sings have a wide repertoire that has recently expanded to include songs that were created by Aunty Dyan Summers in collaboration with their musical director Christina Mimmocchi. The songs are in Paredarerme (Oyster Bay) and they are thrilled to be singing them on Country, with thanks and respect to Aunty Dyan.
