    A high‑energy, glitter‑drenched celebration is landing in Hobart, and it’s made for anyone who can’t resist a showtune. 

    Fresh from sell‑out nights around Australia, Club Broadway invites fans to sing, dance and relive their favourite musical moments on a full club sound system. It’s the world’s biggest musical theatre party, described by The Guardian as “like karaoke with your whole body” and praised by Channel 10 as “the nightclub revolution sweeping the globe”. 

    DJ Dan Murphy guides the session as your musical host, spinning original tracks from beloved stage and screen hits. Expect crowd favourites from Hamilton, Wicked, Six, Les Misérables, Muriel’s Wedding, Sondheim, Chicago, Disney, Rent, Cabaret, Little Shop of Horrors, Smash and many more. 

    This’ll be a dream come true for anyone who loves a showtune. You’ll feel right at home belting out the choruses, reliving iconic moments and joining a room full of musical lovers celebrating the songs they adore. 

    Costumes inspired by your favourite characters aren’t required, but they’re absolutely encouraged – sparkle, sequins and bold choices welcome!

    Our pricing model

    As a non-profit, we prioritise bringing singing and music to our communities, not maximising income. We work to make our ticket prices as affordable as possible, and we’ve shifted to an early bird pricing model instead of concession pricing. This change focuses on equity, allowing everyone to secure tickets at a reduced price and helping us keep the festival accessible to as many people as possible.

    Each event will have a set number of tickets available at the early bird price. Once these are sold, standard prices will apply. This ensures we can cover event costs while keeping the festival sustainable and maintaining affordable options for our audiences.

    • Early bird-priced tickets are available until the allocation sells out

    Booking fee

    • For bookings with a total value of $30 or less, a booking fee of $4 will be added upon checkout.
    • For bookings with a total value between $30.01 and $199.99, a booking fee of $6 will be added upon checkout.
    • For bookings with a total value of $200 or more, a booking fee of $11 will be added upon checkout.

    FEAT. Live Solar Slice $1 per transaction

    Festival of Voices is proudly partnering with climate impact organisation FEAT. Live! $1 will be donated from every booking fee to the ‘Solar Slice’ initiative.

    This contribution will support an indigenous-led biodiversity restoration program on Lungtalanana Island, Tasmania, aiming to restore habitat for the Bass Strait Wombat and the Long-Nosed Potoroo and reintroduce these species to the island.

    The Grand Poobah Bar is located at 142 Liverpool Street, Hobart
