    Mic Drop – Hobart Registrations

A non-competitive performance opportunity for young people

Love to sing? This is your moment.

We’re inviting high school and college‑aged singers to take the stage and perform a musical theatre song of their choice in a supportive live concert environment. You can perform as a soloist or as a duo, and any musical is welcome as long as the material is PG.

This event is designed for young performers who want the joy of singing without the pressure of competition. It offers a real concert experience with stage, lights and an audience, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether this is your first time performing or you’re already comfortable on stage, it’s a chance to grow your confidence, connect with others and enjoy sharing your voice.

Registration is open to all high school and college‑aged people who would like the opportunity to perform a musical theatre song in a relaxed and encouraging setting. Participants will present one song from a musical, either from stage or screen, in a non‑competitive showcase focused on celebrating young voices and providing a safe, inclusive space for performers of all experience levels.
