Short Course: The Why’s and How’s of Breathing

We all breathe in and out about 17,000 times a day, every day. How much do you really know about enhancing your lung capacity, what the breath can do for your tone, your vocal range and your ease when singing? In this workshop you will learn how to work with your body and take deeper breaths, and to better manage your breath. Becoming conscious of self can lead to changing how you think about breathing, your posture, your vocal range and your vocal ease.
