The Power of Harmony Workshop

9 July - 14 July
Tickets: From $311

Workshop led by Naomi Crellin and Nick Begbie

Throughout the centuries, a cappella singing (the earliest form of music) has maintained its  magnetic pull for humans the world over. The power of the naked human voice is unlike any other. And the combined effect of a united team of voices has the power to move us in a deep and unique way.

Join Nick Begbie (leader) and Naomi Crellin (musical director) of Australia’s longest-running and most-awarded a cappella group The Idea of North as they lead participants on a journey through the emotive and expressive power of harmony singing. Join your voice with others to transform and be transformed by this immersive experience. Delve into the back story of the lyrics. Learn how to use your voice to express a wide range of colours, timbres and textures to express emotions. Blend like you’ve never blended before. And, above all, be prepared to love every note you sing.
