In this inspiring short course developed especially for young singers, you will learn to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation into your vocal practice developing the necessary skills to perform naturally and confidently in front of others. Singers will learn to release key tension points for the free production of the singing voice as well as exercises for maintaining optimum vocal health. The workshop includes relaxation, breath work, movement and harmony and provides an introduction to resilience, well-being and self esteem for young aspiring professionals. Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring a blanket or yoga mat.
