Unless otherwise stated, online sales will conclude 2 hours before the performance commences and any remaining tickets will be available to purchase at the door, subject to availability. 

At the door
Tickets can also be purchased at the door for most events (subject to availability). Doors open 30 minutes before shows start. We suggest you arrive as early as possible prior to the published times to ensure your seat at general admission events.

Conditions of sale
Ticket purchases are non-refundable.  FoV reserves the right to alter schedules as necessary and without notice.
All costs are gst inclusive.
Should any events be cancelled or FoV consent to refunds of sold tickets, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the entire cost of the ticket.
Per ticket charges are payable and included in the advertised cost of the ticket.
FOV reserves the right to charge customers fees for ‘service upon request’     e.g. ticket exchanges, ticket reprints, or ticket postage.
There is a $2 per online transaction fee payable by the ticket purchaser.
Postage charges $2.50 standard. $7 express postage (registered).
