An Evening in Moonlight

Come fly away with Moonlight Aviators for a tantalizing glimpse at the romance of yesteryear where, under the glistening shimmer of moonlight, that which once was ordinary is magically transformed and a flight at night becomes a dance with moonbeams.
Collaborating, yet again, with a selection of Tasmania’s most talented performers and musicians, Moonlight Aviators has created a beautifully vintage cabaret night to rival the offerings of the Cotton Club and the Savoy.
Board this flight and enjoy the captivating Rebecca Oliver-Black, the suave Nic Courto and our original siren of song, Blythe Tait. All accompanied by the dancing delights of the Aviators Flight Crew and the infectious musical stylings of the Moonlight Aviators House Band rendering well-loved tunes from both yesterday and today.
Established in 2013, Moonlight Aviators quickly created a niche as Tasmania’s premiere vintage performance ensemble, providing Vaudevillian entertainment lavishly laced with Ziegfeld glamour and the pizazz of the jazz age. With performances of their independently produced cabaret shows performed at the Spiegeltent Hobart and Devonport Jazz Festival, Moonlight Aviators also has a variety of casual and prestigious gigs emblazoned on the fuselage.

Moonlight Aviators produce a show that is an innovative and polished mix of dance, song, acrobatics and circus that captivates the audience from one breathtaking segment to the next. Each element of the show segues beautifully into the next providing an enthralling theatrical experience for the audience. All elements are beautifully presented, draped with stunning costumes that accentuate the slick and stylised choreography.”
