Hymn Sing Returns!
This year, due to popular demand, Festival of Voices will present two opportunities to sing your favourite hymns together at Hobart’s Town Hall.
We invite you to sing many of your favourite rousing and inspiring hymns, accompanied by the iconic Town Hall organ. In 2019 we filled the historical venue with sounds from across the centuries and in 2021, we’ll do it again, twice!
This nostalgic experience looks back at at well known ‘traditional’ hymns that are sure to lift spirits. With lots of verses, if you aren’t familiar with the tune you definitely will by the second verse! This event will bring back many fond memories of singing, whether in church or school. Feel free to sing harmonies and descants, or make up some of your own!
All event patrons will be required to check in at the venue using a provided Check in TAS QR code. A physical sign in sheet will be made available upon request if your device is not QR-code compatible.
