We are excited to work with Australian Digital Concert Hall to present a livestream from three of our choral concerts. You can enjoy these wonderful performances from any where around the world.
Featuring Tim Wayne-Wright’s A Cappella Workshop Choir and Chamber Choir, Adelaide’s Festival Statesmen, national award-winning Cocktail Hour Quartet and spectacular a cappella choirs from around Australia.
Throughout the centuries, a cappella singing has been at the heart of cultures the world over. The naked human voice holds an awe-inspiring power that can transcend the mundane and ignite the senses, through both the uniqueness of an individual voice to the richness of ensemble voices.
One of the festival’s most popular events, the A Cappella Spectacular, presents a variety of styles from barbershop through to modern contemporary. Featuring ensembles ranging from 4 to 120 voices, the program highlights the performance outcomes from the A Cappella and Chamber Choir Workshops led by former King’s Singer Tim Wayne-Wright. In addition, the showcase will include a vibrant selection of a cappella choirs from around Australia.
